Jumping World

Had my daughter's party here again. It was good. Our party hostess was great but I think with the amount of kids we had (over 20) there should have been another party host/hostess as I had to help out to expedite the food process. We came back two weeks later for my son's 2nd birthday. Since he is so young we decided to just have dinner at their restaurant and allow the kids to jump but not an actual party package. It was total of four adults and the two kids. We were told we weren't allowed to bring a cake in. Also since my son is so young I was told I would have to be charged as a jumper if I went out to monitor him in the toddler area. We ultimately went to another kids place down the road for dinner and games since they allowed us to bring the cake inside. Judging by the amount of people there on a weekday Jumping World may want to rethink this cake policy as we took out business elsewhere and ended up dropping over $130 on food, drinks, and games for six people. Might be petty but I don't think I'll want to bring my kids here again.

I have been to a lot of birthday parties here, even had two parties myself in the past. To say it’s gone down hill is being nice. It has a dirty feet smell inside, it’s hot. This last weekend the coke machine at the restaurant was out, and the vending machine had to be opened by an employee. The sink in the women’s bathroom barely gave any water and the toilet seat in two stalls were broken. They charge a lot of money to host parties and it appears very little goes back into the facility. It was very disappointing. I gave two stars because I will say the staff was very friendly.

We have been coming to jumping world for a few years now for fun days w/the kids and for their birthday parties. Our most recent visit was quite unpleasant and I was very disappointed with the person claiming to be the manager. Their customer service was lacking and they went as far as saying we could go to Urban Air because they recently grand opened. Maybe they are having a bad day, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable. Today's visit really has me reconsidering our next birthday party plans which is unfortunate because everyone usually has such a good time here.

Service sucks. Absolutely a joke. The managers, which are kid’s, running this place are eventually going to find themselves involved in a nasty lawsuit. Had my kid’s birthday party there and they had a fan blowing to circulate air but failed to secure cord and my mother had a nasty fall. Mangers weren’t quick to respond, never apologized and made excuses by saying the company that was repairing AC put it there. Didn’t ask if she was alright. Another manager on-duty said the AC was fine. Our hostess for his party did nothing to help, my wife did most of it even though we paid for the service. The employees watching the areas where they jump don’t watch, one of our guests received a bloody nose. This place is TERRIBLE! THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS IF YOUR AND YOUR GUESTS SAFETY IS A PRIORITY. IT REALLY CLOSE AND CONVENIENT BUT WE WILL NEVER RETURN.

Extremely rude employees, horrible customer service. When we didn’t hear the announcement for pizza on teen night, I asked at the front desk. The manager on duty said, it’s not our fault you weren’t listening and didn’t hear, that’s your fault. I explained that it’s very difficult to hear with lots of screaming kids around and that they should have a better system to insure that we get what’s included in our tickets. After being rude and arguing with me, she said, “well we do have a police officer here.” I was threatened after her horrible attitude and horrible customer service. I will never recommend or come back to this place. Also they have a railing zip tied together that the kids keep leaning on which is about to fall apart and cause someone to get hurt.

I’ve been trying to book a party since the day before yesterday. First, I left my info online. No one reached out to me . I called yesterday and was told someone would call me back. Called again this morning and was told the same. It’s now evening, this time I spoke to a kali or Kayla. She put me on hold, “to get a manager” and the call was disconnected after holding for a few minutes.Gave her the benefit of the doubt, I called back….4X! My call keeps going to vm! These teeny boppers that you keep hiring to run your business is going to cost you your business! I will be taking mine elsewhere!
